Mad Heads' XL frontman Vadym Krasnookiy has taken part in a chat conference with the readers of a popular Ukrainian online newspaper "PiK". Replying to the questions asked, Vadym congratulated the Americans with the new President, suggested that people in Kyiv leave metro for bikes in response to the rise in public transport fare and told some interesting things about his personal life. It's time for the new radio single! 17 October is the national airplay start for the song "PROBKY" ("traffic jam") from our new album "FOREVER". The previous song "BUVAYE" can still be heard on air, it even holds the 14 position in National rock chart, while it left National airplay top 40 a month ago after spending 22 weeks there with the peak position 9.
Please take notice that our concert in Docker Pub on 10 October will start a little later then usually - 22.30 And the next show in Docker's ABC will be on Saturday, 18 October. From now on we are going to perform in this club on Saturdays.
28 September in Snyatyn, one of the towns that had most suffered of this summer's flood in western Ukraine, the charity concert will happen featuring RUSLANA, DRUGA RIKA, HAYDAMAKY and MAD HEADS XL. While the flood and it's aftermath disappeared from the TV news a while ago, the problems are still there, and the people still need our help. 4 October we join the social movement "Don't be indifferent!" in action "Mazepa. Made in Ukraine", which will take place in Kyiv's Sport Palace. This sport & music event dedicated to 370 birth and 300 death anniversary of the prominent Ukrainian statesman Ivan Mazepa. The goal of the action is to attract attention to an outstanding figure of the hetman, explore the less known details of the Ukrainian history. The event will start at 13.00 with Ivan Mazepa Cup competition arranged by Karate Federation of Ukraine. The concert will start at 17.30 featuring MAD HEADS XL, TANOK NA MAYDANI CONGO, VOPLI VIDOPLYASOVA. Free entrance.
Today's show on Kontrakrova square has been suddenly forbidden by Kyiv's authority. The promoters are urgently moving it for tomorrow, 21 September, to Fastiv, a town in Kyiv's region.
