In August we are going to participate in two exciting and original events. The first of them - the environmental etnofestival Verkhobuzh 2010, which takes place in Lviv region, where the river Bug begins. The second event - a concert to be held right on the Ukrainian-Polish border, as a part of the European Neighbourhood Days program. Another band to take part in this concert is a well-known Polish group SIDNEY POLAK, and we are going to perform a few songs together. Apart from this, the traditional performances in Kyiv's Docker's clubs with our both programs - best songs and UkrainSKA.
We invite you all in the upcoming weekend to relax environment-friendly at the festival "Trypilske Kolo 2010". The picturesque nature and lots of entertainment, one of which will be our performance on July 3. Please note that the festival was proclaimed a territory free of nicotine, alcohol and other drugs, so that please adjust yourself to the healthy holiday.
In July we will give 4 concerts in DOCKERS' - 2 with the "Best Songs" program and 2 with the folk project "UkrainSKA". The dates of the shows are set, but they may vary. So going to a concert, be sure to take a look at a gig guide on our website or call the club.

The song "DOBRE" ("Good") goes on air! Today the M1 TV channel has presented our new video for the song "DOBRE", directed by Igor Stekolenko and filmed in Argentina.
Sunny streets of Buenos Aires, football with Maradona, a yellow CHEVY NOVA SS coupe and sunrise pool bathing on top of a skyscraper - all these video snippets create a mosaic, which helps reinforce the life-affirming message of the songs. The tune is also actively heard on the radio. Last week it appeared among the 40 hottest tracks according to THE UKRAINIAN NATIONAL AIRPLAY CHART, and it's 7th song from the album "FOREVER", that reached radio top 40. Previous single "ZIRKY ZNAYUT" ("Stars know") spent 22 weeks in the chart and reached 22nd position.
We are increasing the frequency of appearances in the capital's clubs. Now in DOCKER PUB i DOCKER'S ABC we can be heard 4 times a month - twice with the best songs of MAD HEADS XL and twice with the folk project UkrainSKA. Concerts are going to happen in the most favourite club days - on Fridays and Saturdays, and the price for the tickets will be the most democratic. In this regard, previous sales of tickets are canceled, but the tables are still available for reservation. The closest show will be held in Docker Pub on Saturday June 26 - we will perform UkrainSKA set.
We begin a new cultural mission - POSITIVETOUR 2010. We want to bring live sound, crazy drive and good spirits TO all corners of Ukraine, especially to smaller towns where we have never performed before, where the real concerts are very rare, and where we are possibly most needed now. Sure, we are going to visit bigger cities on the way, too. The first part of the tour is coming in the nearest days: 10.06 - Netishin, 11.06 - Rivne, 12.06 - Lutsk, 13.06 - Slavuta.
Last week the award ceremony of the third international competition of event-projects EVENTARIZATSIYA 2010 happened. MAD HEADS XL were nominated for "Best headliner" among the top 10 Ukrainian artists according to the 64 Ukrainian event agencies.
On May 24 the national premiere of MAD HEADS XL next radio single
happened. It is the song "Dobre" ("Good") from the album "FOREVER", the
most positive one on this CD, it keeps life-affirming traditions of
super hit "Nadiya yea" ("There Is Hope"), done in the rhythms of reggae
as well. It creates a light summer mood and adds optimism to which we
always miss so much. Besides the album version of the song, 2 remixes
will hit the air, done by Victor Strannik, the guy with whom the band is
traditionally working with. Demand this song on your favorite Ukrainian
radio station! "Dobre" is already eighth consecutive song from
"FOREVER" getting heavy radio airplay, which indicates the extraordinary
success of this album that has already become famous by the songs "A ya
na mori", "Naykrashcha Myt", "Buvaye", "Probky" and others. There is
also a video clip for "Dobre" song (already 6-for this album!) shot In
Buenos Aires, soon to appear on TV.

heard live in the upcoming concerts of the group. June 5 MAD HEADS XL
will be the main musical guests at the celebration of Slavutych town
day, where residents of Chernobyl NPP dwell. June 6 the program of "Best
songs" will be performed in Docker Pub in Kyiv with some modifications
(tickets for this concert are already on sale in Docker (Bogatyrskaja
str 25) and DOCKER'S ABC (Khreshchatyk str 15 / 4, Passage).

We are also glad to announce that the date is set for an encore concert of MAD HEADS XL with "the best songs" program. The date is 9 May.
"The best songs" concert had a lot of success, fully packed venue and maximum fun. We've been happy to recall all those songs, we'd missed them, and we had been missed by the audience pretty much. It was really the best of our plenty Docker's shows, and we already regret that this set was performed only once. So, keeping in mind that fully packed venue, we have to think about an extra show... Well, maybe sometime in May. Keep an eye for the anouncements!
Meanwhile, we are not leaving our fans alone, and invite you all to a concert of our folk project UkrainSKA, the first in this year and the only one planned so far. The show will take place at DOCKER PUB on 25 April. New songs in the set and even more drive!
For the concert on 4 April tickets are available for purchase in
advance. And we really suggest you get them early for two reasons:
first, there might be less tickets than those willing to go to the show,
and secondly, in the pre-sale tickets are cheaper than on the day of
